Help your Petsitter

Have plenty of food and medication available
Clearly label all medication and provide clear instructions (schedule interview at medication time if possible, so that your petsitter can witness your routine)
Provide collars with current tags for each cat (if they go outside)
Have all emergency phone numbers including your vet's number on a single sheet of paper in plain view (ie, next to the telephone)
Be truthful - tell your petsitter about any aggression problems
Be sure that all of your instructions are clear and comprehensive
Call your petsitter as soon as you get home to let them know you have arrived safely
Take your petsitter's telephone number away with you in case you need to change arrival times or you are delayed
